We are seeking an experienced, highly organized and capable Human Resources Manager - Recruiter to lead the company’s aggressive year-round recruiting program as well as our seasonal recruiting process (250 + employees during the 3rd and 4th Quarters.) Reporting directly to our CEO, and teaming with our HR Manager, the ideal candidate will be proactive, flexible, organized, meticulous, and discreet, with a positive work attitude.
Organization and the ability to prioritize and focus are essential to this position. Must be sensitive to strict deadlines, working with management to reprioritize work when necessary. Must have the ability to work independently, as well as in partnership with hiring managers to drive the recruitment process from beginning to end.
