Description

Responsibilities:

Analog/Mixed Signal PLL Design - IDT is looking for  a strategic, high impact Analog Mixed-Signal IC design engineer that will provide key contributions to state of the art PLL’s for use in high performance networking and communications products. This position will have involvement in product definition, design, layout, lab verification, and release to production. It is an excellent opportunity to be truly innovative in a cutting edge field as part of one of the best teams in the business with the company that holds the number one position in Timing Semiconductors.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and experience in cutting edge phase lock loop design is a must
  • PHD or MSEE with 4+ years of experience with professional IC design experience with a strong emphasis on PLL design.
  • A track record in CMOS and/or BiCMOS RFIC design is required.
  • An understanding of RF transistor modeling and circuit noise theory is required.
  • Key areas of interest include: low phase noise integer PLLs, fractional-N synthesizers, sigma-delta converters, LC-VCO's, and high frequency buffering.
  • Related experience in crystal oscillators, on-chip regulators, DACs, and ADC’s is desirable.
  • Great attitude, self motivation and excellent team work is a absolute must.
