Objectives of the Role:  

The Human Resources Assistant directly supports and partners with Senior Executive in all administrative and special project duties.  
 
Business Responsibilities: 
  • Supports human resources processes by scheduling appointments; domestic and international Travel coordination; performing various administrative tasks and stewarding records and information.  They are curious, eager, organized, and capable of identifying opportunities to contribute to the success of the US HR team.
  • Provides support by entering, formatting, printing information, organizing work (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Office). 
  • Participating in HR related initiatives & projects including the production of various reports, data management and project management support tasks
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential
  • Responsible for processing expense reports and following up on the reimbursement process
  • The liaison between internal contacts as well as high level client contacts
 
Skills and Behaviors:
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Confidentiality and discretion must be displayed at all times
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, MS Word) 
  • Experience with Tempo, Passage Point or Office Tracker a plus
  • Positive attitude and upbeat personality
  • Must be able to effectively multi-task 
  • Strong capability in prioritization and committed to meeting deadlines of multiple projects
  • Highly responsive, timely, accurate and thorough in follow-through
  • Ability to view the larger picture and strategize how to continuously improve processes
  • Maintain an organized system of tracking, monitoring and prioritizing tasks and projects
  • Ability to maintain positive, cooperative, calm and collaborative interactions with all levels of the Company
  • Ability to be proactive in anticipating and solving problems; ability to innovate and create new processes or systems that create efficiencies
 
Qualifications and Other Relevant Information:  
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
  • 2+ years of experience supporting a Human Resources Team, or related internships, clubs, and university involvement
  • Fluency in Spanish
