Residential Mortgage Consultant

Develops mortgage loan prospects from current customers, referral leads, and other sources including but not limited to realtors, civic organizations, financial planners, and attorneys. Contacts prospective customers to present information on available mortgage loan services. Determines customers' financial services needs and prepares mortgage proposals; refers prospects to retail banking department. Originates loan applications on a daily basis. Attends community events, sales and trade meetings to develop new business prospects.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or GED and two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
