Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related technical discipline, or three (3) years of experience in procuring IT equipment or managing a lifecycle management program.
Within last five (5) years, three (3) years of demonstrated experience in procuring IT equipment.
Strong organizational skills, analytical skills, customer service, problem solving ability, attention to detail, and verbal/written communication..
Serve as the manger for procuring all IT lifecycle equipment for the AFTC. Responsible for managing the lifecycle management program and maintaining a complete listing of equipment and lifecycle schedules. Responsible for managing the schedule for yearly hardware/software maintenance fees and processing contracting documents. Work with contracting offices to procure IT equipment and pay sustainment fees by completing form 9s, purchase order forms and/or other contracting documents. Track and report IT equipment at all stages of procurement while ensuring proper delivery, acceptance and storage.
Track and report maintenance contract status at all stages of sustainment while ensuring proper time for contract office processing.
Security Clearance: Active US Top Secret or higher.
