And by continually ensuring its seamless operation, you will increase the department’s visibility and prominence in the community. Your overall responsibility as our Neurosciences Center Practice Manager is to build and maintain a successful clinic staff and manage daily operations.  You will also provide ongoing program development, productivity checks, counseling, and performance evaluations. Additionally, your role will extend to collaborating with the School of Medicine to enable everyone to meet their goals and develop progressive initiatives. Productivity and efficiency will be ensured by constantly monitoring processes and procedures, systems, revenue collection, and patient care related processes.

 

To be considered for this position, you must have a Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of managerial experience in a clinical setting, as well as at least 5 years of clinical experience. A Master’s Degree (MBA, MHA, or health care related field) is strongly preferred.
