Human Resource Business Partner, University of Colorado Hospital
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a Strategic Business Partner and primary point of contact to their respective Business Units and Vice President (s). The HRBP is responsible for designing and operationalizing user-friendly plans and programs that support a “best place to work environment” and maximizes employee engagement. The position serves as the primary point of contact to the Business Units and provides direction, coordination and overall management of the HR Function. This includes preparing regular human resources statistical summaries, and raising awareness of existing and emerging trends.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent or prior business experience required
Preferred Education: Master’s degree and/or professional certifications are preferred.
Minimum Experience: 7 to 10 years of progressive experience designing and directing HR programs in a dynamic environment
HR generalist background that includes experience in all area of Human Resources, specifically the areas of organizational development, consensus building, influencing hospital leadership and HRIS expertise Strong analytical, consulting; negotiation and recruitment skills are also expected. A working knowledge of all areas of employment law, compensation, change management, and leadership development is also required.
