 We are seeking a Customer Services Representative for our Calgary branch who provides consistent and professional customer service in assisting internal and external customers with monthly parking requirements. 




  • Greet walk-in customers and handle their enquiries in a timely and friendly manner;
  • Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally;
  • Accountable for balancing at the end of shift and completing cash out report and deposit slips;
  • Assign devices to new parkers and refund deposits for returned devices
  • Ensure all customer account information is updated accurately;
  • Provide user support/assistance to customers using the web-based interface;
  • Other duties as assigned.


You’ll be a great fit as a Customer Service Representative if you have:


  • 1-2 years of customer service experience required.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior customer service skills and the commitment to work as a team member.
  • Great attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. 
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize work accordingly
