WWT is looking for a Senior Citrix Engineer to join our Data Center Delivery team. This is a challenging position with extensive opportunity for career advancement. This position requires that the individual work within the virtualization and storage teams as well as independently in a high-end consultative approach. Qualified candidates must be available for 75% travel and must live near a major airport.
Provide in depth working knowledge of VMware and/or Citrix server, desktop, and application virtualization products to implement solutions.
Properly assess a client’s environment for desktop, server, or application virtualization, including use of various tools as well as solid documentation of findings.
Mentor virtualization engineers, including taking a lead role on larger projects.
Provide knowledge transfer workshops around key virtualization technologies to clients
Provide strong working knowledge of Windows server operating systems in a virtualized environment in order to educate a customer about virtualization.
Contribute and refine the team’s consulting process, including documentation of how an engagement is delivered.
Minimum of 5 years Field Engineering Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Advanced Technical Certifications including knowledge of virtualization/VDI, networking, storage, and compute platforms.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment to produce outstanding results
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
In depth understanding of datacenter technologies including networking, storage, compute, and of course virtualization.
Must have a generic knowledge of system management best practices, monitoring, change control, etc; as it relates to the datacenter as well as end users.
Experience with documentation of design, system builds, configurations, and support procedures absolutely essential. The ability to communicate and present ideas to a client concisely is required.
Experience with diverse hardware platforms (HP, Blades, Netapp, EMC, VMWare, Cisco, etc)
Experience with Cisco UCS a Major plus!

Citrix Certified Integration Architect (CCIA)
Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA)
Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA)
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
NetApp Certified Architect (NCIE)
VMware Certified Professional
VMware Certified Design Expert (VCDX)
