Enterprise Account Manager - Minneapolis/ St. Paul

World Wide Technology, Inc. (WWT) currently has an Account Manager opportunity available supporting the enterprise business market in Minneapolis, MN. This Account Manager will achieve goals by selling World Wide Technology’s suite of products through multiple OEM’s including Cisco, EMC, HP, NetApp, and VMware. Account Managers will also work to expand WWT’s footprint of services capabilities including deployment services and post deployment strategic staffing.

  • Sell hardware products and WWT Professional Services to Minneapolis's largest clients.
  • Professional networking to build relationships with executive and decision making managers at targeted clients.
  • Working with an inside sales team in coordinating various sales activities (targeted mailings, telemarketing, order processing, etc).
  • Maintaining client and vendor relationships.
  •  Continuing education on evolving networking, unified communication, virtualization, and storage technology.


  • Candidates must have a successful track record of selling hardware to Fortune 500 clients.
  • Understanding the technical challenges and demands of networking communication, storage, and virtualization unique to healthcare providers to critically important to this role.
  • Ideal experience includes sales of technology focused on Unified Communication, Storage, Datacenters or Virtualization.
  • Experience with Security, Wireless, and BYOD is also preferred.
  • Strong skills in developing new relationships with customers and the ability to interrupt clients’ technical challenge and develop the appropriate solution.
  • Critical skills necessary are account planning with an extended team, calling at all levels within the customer’s organization, and managing partner relationships.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills required.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
