Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years relevant experience in user interface design and evaluation and graphic design as well as experience installing hardware and software solutions. Experience should include all mediums of interactive digital media, including software, hardware and web-based platforms. Proven ability to understand and adopt new technologies, including the ability to quickly learn new programming languages and techniques
Experience in video production (shooting/editing/post work), conducting image and media asset research through public domain and stock sources; understanding of licensing/permissions and digital media formats needed by exhibit design and interactive media production teams.
Experience researching, selecting and working with vendors for all phases of digital production.
Experience conceiving and creating multimedia for public audiences
Valid, clean driver’s license and personal transportation for local travel
Strong verbal and written English communication skills

Knowledge of creative technologies including Processing, OpenFrameWorks, Arduino, Kinext, C++
Understanding of museum visitor experiences
Experience with game design
Knowledge of web technology
Experience storyboarding and/or script writing.
Familiarity with hands-on interactive development and prototyping process
