Description

 

Nexxlinx of Maine is currently looking for Technical Support Specialists to provide Level 1 tech support for end-user customers. They also provide general hardware and connectivity support to the end-users of Restaurant Reservation Systems. 

 

  • Strong computer skills, proficient in both Mac & PC, Windows, Microsoft Outlook & Internet operating systems.
  • Experience in a technical support environment emphasizing computer hardware experience.
  • Proven customer interaction skills. Ability to work in a team driven customer service oriented environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be fluent in French Canadian.
  • High School Diploma/GED
