Title: Operations Support
Location: Ft. Meade, MD
Provide operations support to US Army TRADOC serving as field team members and provide reliable and current conventional or asymmetric threat information to tactical and operation-level headquarter units, to include:
a. ICW AWG Government personnel, deploy and conduct:
i. Experience-based operational advisement covering a broad scope of tactical and operational requirements in support of both combat and theater security cooperation missions.
ii. Tactical embeds with AWG Soldiers to assist in solving or providing expertise on conventional and asymmetric threats.
b. Observing, analyzing, and reporting on conventional and asymmetric threats, TTPs, enemy vulnerabilities, and friendly capability gaps. All work products shall be submitted to the designated AWG Government official for review and approval.
c. Identifying asymmetric warfare countermeasure technologies and ICW AWG Government personnel, provide training to deploying units on those asymmetric warfare technologies.
d. Identifying tactical AW innovations for input to the TRADOC Futures Center and Center for Army Lessons Learned (CALL). All work products shall be submitted to the designated AWG Government official for review and approval.
e. Assisting AWG Government personnel in formal and informal briefs and training to military communities on threat awareness, tactics, attack networks, and TTPs, as well as best practices.
f. Providing written and verbal reports detailing engagements, observations, and recommendations at completion of all missions (After Action Reports (AARs)). All work products shall be submitted to the designated AWG Government official for review and approval.
g. Special Operations experienced personnel; Special Mission Unit experience desired; highly qualified, combat-arms experience; acquire and maintain a TS-SCI security clearance.
h. Deploying and traveling to various CONUS and OCONUS locations (approximately 2 three month OCONUS deployments and 12 OCONUS TDY missions annually) on a short notice timeframe. Some locations may include semi- and non-permissive environments.
