Lead ETL Developer

 

Navicure is actively seeking a Lead ETL Developer for our fast-paced software development environment.  This is an opportunity for an experienced leader to join a SaaS company in Healthcare IT that has experienced 195% revenue growth in the last 5 years and continues to grow. Position Description:

Navicure is looking for strong development team leadership to sustain our rapid growth.  The role of Lead ETL Developer will encompass leading a small development team which is responsible for the creation and ongoing development of Navicure’s EDI integrations.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Requirements Analysis
  • Interfacing with both Technical and Product Management
  • Design and Develop new ETL-based software
  • Design and Develop software testing strategies for ETL-based software
  • Troubleshoot both pre and post-production software issues
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, coding, writing clear documentation and problem resolution
  • General involvement in all aspects of the software development lifecycle

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong team building skills with the proven ability to lead a small team
  • 4+ years ETL experience
  • Experience with Altova MapForce
  • 2+ years working with XML and XML Schema Definition (XSD)
  • 2+ years ANSI X12N experience
  • Experience in working with Production environments
  • Must work well in a fast-paced development  team
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Experience with the entire software lifecycle (design, develop, and maintain)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills for both testing and debugging
  • Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple deliverables concurrently
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or related technology field or, equivalent experience
  • U.S. authorized

 

Additional Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in SQL and database design 
  • Experience in Oracle PL/SQL
  • Experience with Java and/or C++
  • Experience with Perl or other scripted languages
