We are currently seeking a dynamic, experienced digital marketing leader for the New York team, as a Vice President that will lead multiple brands.  This individual will be responsible to lead programs from the strategy through to community management, content and creative development, execution and measurement. This person must also have the proven ability to oversee cross-functional agency team members and collaborate closely with inter-agency client partners.

We're interested in speaking to candidates who are…

  • At least 7+ years in the digital space, with proven experience for delivering successful social media programs across verticals, with a strong focus on the consumer package goods category
  • Passionate new media experts with ability to drive thought leadership for clients and the agency
  • Talented writers, clear communicators and presenters
  • Proven leaders that deliver excellence for clients through complex social-media programs (including, but not limited to, community management, social media monitoring, media outreach, sourcing and synthesizing of content and strong understanding of website design/development
  • Knowledgeable of the intersection between earned, owned and paid media
  • Experienced in program measurement and analysis
  • Trusted- advisors for multiple clients
  • Proven program managers who can effectively oversee multiple work streams while partnering with project management
  • Experienced with financial responsibilities
  • New business drivers  
  • Leaders that drive trust and guidance for agency teams
  • Proven managers and mentors to direct reports

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Senior manager for multiple top-tier clients by acting as the agency-client liaison
  • Strategic lead that can translate client objectives into successful programs, collaborating closely with traditional PR teams
  • Financial manager ensuring programs are scoped appropriately and revenue accurately managed
  • New media thought-leader for both clients and agency
  • Manager to several direct reports, ensuring successful performance and growth
