Our Accountant…

Generates daily cash and monthly bank reconciliation for multiple accounts

Processes monthly sales tax, Brewery tax, permits, licenses for multiple locations
-
Involved in month, quarter, and year-end process for multiple locations
-
Audits weekly inventory for multiple locations
-
Generates month end reports for all departments
-
Is great at analyzing and reporting the numbers
-
Thrives in a fast paced environment and works well under pressure
-
Has outstanding attention to detail and the ability to work independently with zero/minimal errors
-
Oversees the 401k and tax audits and the worker’s compensation and liability insurance bidding processes

We’re looking for:
-
Minimum 3 years Accounting experience
-
Minimum 3 years experience with Great Plains
-
B.S. in Accounting
-
Experience in the restaurant industry preferred, especially experience with liquor and brewery licensing and experience with processing sales and brewery taxes
-
Must be proficient with Excel and Word
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, work as a team player, meet deadlines and be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
