Nova Networks Inc. is growing and we are actively seeking a Printer Technician to join our team in Ottawa.

A little bit about this career opportunity: This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to work in the Technical Services division of Nova Networks.  Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing the highest standard of repairs and support for printer hardware
• Installing and configuring software related to printers
• Setting-up and configuring printers according to client requests
• Troubleshooting printer issues
• Interacting extensively with clients to ensure deliverables of service level agreements are being met
• Training users on printer functions
• Working in a highly collaborative, inter-departmental environment

A little bit about what we’re looking for in you:

• Drive and commitment to looking after your clients
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
• Prior experience as a Printer Technician, servicing a variety of printer brands, with an emphasis on HP
• Ideally, printer certification
• References that will attest to your level of client-care
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
