Summary

Provides hands-on support for a range of interactive/digital marketing requests
with the primary focus being integrating the Strategic Marketing Plan while following Corporate brand standards and guidelines. Optimization of online marketing programs to realize the strategic marketing goals in conjunction with Marketing Communications, Product Marketing and Sales. Creation and development of online marketing programs, including the Corporate website, blogs, email campaigns, co-marketing opportunities, SEO, SEM, Social Media and online advertising.Provides hands-on support for a range of interactive/digital marketing requests with the primary focus being integrating the Strategic Marketing Plan while following Corporate brand standards and guidelines. Prime Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of established social media strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience with digital media campaigns, including website/homepage integration, promotional management, online advertising, targeted use of emerging media (social and mobile), database marketing, and customer/trade events/activities integration experience.
  • Create compelling branded content for website, targeted social media outlets, etc.             
  • Source, build and coordinate online content.
  • Facilitate the attraction, growth and management of relevant online communities and core social media channels such as Twitter, FaceBook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Use of our “SiteStat” account.
  • Asses, target & manage Paid Search, display and search engine optimization
  • Executing on PPC (pay-per-Click) campaigns and organic optimization strategies
  • Development & execution of the Web Media Plan
  • Editing of web articles
  • Management of translation resources
  • Participate in Strategic planning, budgeting and development within the Marcom/Marketing team
  • Understand content technologies including: content management systems, metadata, migration tools, analytics tools

Any other duties as assigned

Minimum Education

  • College Diploma or Certificate in Web design, Social media, Journalism or Marketing Communications
  • College Diploma or equivalent experience in Business Administration

Previous Job Experiences

Desired:

  • Five years Web or Internet Marketing Communications experience
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat), Page Maker, and Publisher.
  • Demonstrate accountability through solid tracking and analytics - report on activity, results and progress;
  • Advanced knowledge of Internet, web and online content management

Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Web or Internet Marketing Communications experience
  • Prior experience in digital channel and database marketing to include website, banner advertising, email and search.
  • Thorough understanding of online (web) metrics, measurement techniques
  • Knowledge of various web tracking tools, such as Omniture Site Catalyst, Google Analytics, HBX and Ad serving platforms.
  • Knowledge of integrated marketing with an understanding of financial cost/benefit analysis.
  • Experience with media editing tools: Adobe Presenter, Microsoft Producer, Windows Live, Raptivity, Movie Maker, Data Converter tools
