Administrative Assistant/Graphics Artist

Diverse Technologies Corporation is searching for an Administrative Assistant/Graphics Artist to provide administrative support, graphics design to the CEO, project managers and business development; this position also includes a variety of responsibilities and the flexibility to take on numerous project to support the team.  The person must be highly organized, efficient, and capable of working as a team and independently.

Administrative/Technical Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for answering, screening and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate individual and retrieve messages.
  • Maintain the appearance and order of the front office, office equipment and order supplies
  • Support with screening, greeting, and directing all guests entering the office and ensure that the individuals sign-in as the company is a secured environment.
  • Responsible for all incoming and out-going mail and Fedex.
  • Maintain and prioritize the CEO's calendar, schedule and appointments.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, memos, emails, reports, meeting materials that may include highly confidential information.
  • Assist employees with out-sourced IT Administrators; provide new employees with e-mail and Intranet access.
  • Assist with the development of marketing and promotional materials; produce organiganizational charts, and various graphics for proposals.
  • Update and expand information on the Webpage to attract repeated users and to compete with the mainstream.
  • Design and customize proposed site using a combination of graphics and written material, and modify proposal as necessary for business development.

  • Research various companies' profiles and provide reports to the CEO and the business development team.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Must have excellent vergal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to use excellent judgment and decision making, and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work with and handle confidential and sensitive matters, material and situations regarding employees.
  • Must have the skilsl to review and proritize request.
  • Ability to adapt to the work environment.

 

Education: Bachelor Degree, or relevant experience perferably in a Federal Contracting environment.

Experience: 5 - 10 years experience

Computer Knowledge: Mocrosoft Word, Excel, Taleo, Linkdin, and Internet-related media.

 

U.S. Citizenship is Required
