Manager, Digital Strategy & Partnerships

Location: USTA White Plains, NY


Provide a technical interface with IBM on the development of USOpen.Org and manage business activities, including Advanced Media sponsorship sales and fulfillment across all digital platforms for the USTA including,,, Network, and Duties include but not limited to:

  • Work with Corporate Partnerships and Partnership Marketing to support the sale and fulfillment of online advertising, sponsorship campaigns and custom content/features
  • Work closely with IBM’s technical team to insure the successful development of and efficient integration of sponsor related content and advertising
  • Oversee business operations for all of the USTA digital properties (includes: generation of reports, analysis of web site performance data, ad serving)
  • Work with supervisor and other departments to further develop or refine content strategy across all digital platforms
  • Stay current with digital industry trends, technologies, and pricing models
  • Work with internal and external partners on all internet promotions, interactive advertising, mobile platform development, etc.
  • Monitor all program execution to ensure team has the proper level of support to deliver on time and on budget
  • Formulate strategies to deliver partners campaigns with high performance metrics
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of digital advertising processes and techniques
  • Provide strategic support and full technical oversight of all digital revenue efforts including the development of new programming, features and content


  • A bachelor’s degree is required
  • A minimum of five years of experience in new media business and product development and should be immersed in digital culture.  Experience in sports or entertainment a plus.
  • Must have a keen understanding of emerging technologies and comfortable with measurement frameworks
  • Effective account/project/budget management skills
  • Ability to manage working relationships with key external and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with Email, SEO, SEM, Ad Networks, Web Analytics, Social Media and related technologies
  • Experience with all facets of interactive development and implementation
  • Experience managing a Web-based CMS and basic knowledge of HTML
