We are building the next generation of mobile applications for our global enterprise and you can be a critical part of this creative, fast-paced, and exciting team. We are seeking Android Developers with a strong Android / Tablet portfolio, including innovative work with the SDK, to develop high-impact data visualization applications using flexible APIs.

The ideal candidates will have an open mind, bring a fresh perspective on building a new and improved user experience, and be passionate about designing unique and innovative applications for the Android platform.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with software development
• Solid knowledge of OOP programming  
• Have built at least Android application

Preferred Qualifications/ Additional Information

• Solid understanding of Android OS and its SDK
• Proficiency in Eclipse, DDMS
• Solid understanding of the Android Application development process
• Experience using version control repositories such as Git
• Experience consuming web services (REST) and processing data (XML/JSON)
• Solid understanding of data structure and network protocols
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Basic understanding of UML

Desired Skills

• Experience with agile development
• Familiarity with OpenGL and 3D graphics concepts
• A basic understanding of backend components that drive mobile applications
• Interface design skills
• Have apps posted to Google Store
• Apple user
