Job Description:

The Marketing Manager will provide insight and guidance as we enhance our marketing model with an emphasis on our managed service offerings.  This role is hands on and will be responsible for directing and overseeing all marketing policies, objectives and initiatives. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Work with the senior management team and third party to develop and execute marketing strategies, budgets, tactics and plans for the business and ensure they are consistent with the corporate strategy.
  • Define the overall marketing strategy, messaging and positioning for iCorps managed services portfolio.
  • Develop, manage, and measure marketing campaigns (such as SEO, PPC, online and social media) to generate leads and evaluate successful campaigns for future planning.
  • Manage all aspects of the marketing department; including all hiring, mentoring, and conducting of personnel performance evaluations.
  • Build and coordinate strong integrated marketing programs working with internal leaders and outside agencies to ensure consistency of message.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners and manage marketing suppliers.
  • Work collaboratively with 3rd party channel partners to ensure that all joint marketing is on-brand.
  • Utilize and administer company CRM and sales tools to track leads through sales process.
  • Ownership and maintenance of client database to ensure the integrity of the data.
  • Such other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you from time to time by your supervisor.

 

Required Skills/Experience:

 

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or related degree.
  • 5 to 8 years of marketing and business development experience at a small to mid-size professional services organization with a track record of leading successful marketing campaigns.
  • Must have knowledge of the IT solutions industry and experience with the VAR Channel.
  • Experience with web-based CMS/marketing tools (HubSpot and Salesforce.com experience a plus).
  • Must have media and internet advertising experience and possess web analytic skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills and have the ability to flourish in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Must be detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution.
  • Should be an entrepreneurial, self-starter with a hands-on approach.
