Objective: Perform software development using technologies for full software solutions to support global business processes, establishing strong business partnerships to facilitate decision-making to improve company’s global operational agility, sustainability, efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities:

Serve as an internal consultant across all areas of the company to analyze and define complex-enterprise scale software technology and data solutions. Lead analysis, proactively raises issues, clearly understands business impact and drives solutions in partnership with customers.

Independently use expert knowledge to identify and develop business requirements, cost-benefit analysis, performance usability, and supportability of complex IS solutions. Provide expert leadership in integrated solutions involving Oracle ERP.

While managing multiple priorities and deadlines, test, deliver and communicate solutions that meet the expectations of the internal user, including clear documentation, communication, training, follow-up and de-bugging.

Independently and quickly support business needs or requests using high-level of technical, functional and historical knowledge. Act as an expert to answer questions regarding process or technology and identifies appropriate hand-off to ensure global business continuity.

Indentify, recommend and execute continuous improvement and innovation of IS Development standards, practices, documentation, and upgrade/retrofit old processes/technology to new standards to improve efficiency of internal IS process and technology.

Share and capture knowledge through on-the-job training, collaborative project work and team discussions. Act as a mentor to Developers as needed around technology and organizational awareness through coaching and role modeling. Clearly communicate complex ideas and technical knowledge to user when practically applicable.

Minimum Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or a directly related field

Two (2) years experience in software development, systems analysis or programming, or related IT field.

Experience must include Java, XML, Web presence and JSP; Optio Business Studio

Linux/Unix/Windows operating systems; Oracle forms, reports, and e-business suite; and Data Modeling

Demonstrated ability to use Web 2.0/.net tools

Will accept Bachelor’s degree + 5 years experience
