Digital Account Executive | Job Description
Strong Account Executive with 1-2 years job experience and already operating at the AE level.   We expect the AE to maintain complex timelines, be fastidious in their attention to detail, and proactively manage assignments.   
 
This Account Executive will report into a VP, Account Director, but will also work with an Account Supervisor.  Responsibilities include management of multi-touchpoint production (in conjunction with the Project Manager and the Interactive Producer), creating & owning timelines and legal submissions, and collaboration with multiple external agency partners.  Their primary delivery is the execution of key integrated initiatives as well as providing support to the multi-functional team.  The applicant must be:
 
  • Experienced With Complex Projects – Management of the Ally brand involves a lot of moving pieces.  These include understanding usage rights, tracking projects and deliverables, and rigorous deadlines.  We expect the AE to keep details straight, understand the impact of timelines, and be flexible to meet a changing landscape – both within the category and the platform.  Independent problem-solving is a must.
  • Digital Experience – Account includes development of TV, print radio as well as multiple digital touchpoints including web, social, content (written, visual, and video), and multi-platform technologies.  Familiarity with digital mediums and the timing associated with each is helpful.
  • Understanding of Intergration – Ideally, we’re looking for team members who have a passion for integrated marketing and feel at home working with multiple channels and agency partners. 
 
Required Skills/Experience/Qualifications:          
The candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent analytical ability, good interpersonal skills and the ability to work on one’s own with increasingly less direct supervision. Organization and follow-up skills are extremely important.  BA or equivalent degree is requiredAgency or digital-related work experience or internships are a plus.
