Description

Responsibilities
Primary for 1st level desktop support
Install desktops and setup workstations
Troubleshoot printing issues
 
Qualifications
CEGEP level education, preferably a DEC in MIS or some IT related diploma/certification
Windows 7 configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting
Printer configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting
Microsoft Office 2007/2010 support
PC and laptop hardware troubleshooting
Must be willing to work outside office hours (9-5) and on weekends.
Wifi network troubleshooting
Apple/MAC troubleshooting
simple TCP/IP network troubleshooting
1-2 years desktop support
1-2 customer support
