JOB PURPOSE:
To sell LERETA products including Tax and Flood services. To assist other LERETA sales team members as well as re-sellers in the sales process. To meet or exceed assigned sales goals.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the Company’s products and marketing plan

Achieve Annual, Quarterly and monthly sales goals as agreed

Use the companies Contact Management System (GoldMine) to document all activities as they relate to prospects or existing customers

Learn and become proficient in how do demonstrate our Internet based software solution, LERETANET

Manage your monthly travel and entertainment budget within the company guidelines

Call on new prospects and existing customers to develop new sales opportunities

Be prepared to travel at least 25-50% of the time to meet with prospects

Participate in the execution of a marketing strategy that ensures LERETA’s recognition in the lending community as the highest quality Real Estate Tax Service and Flood Services provider available, with a distinctly differentiated package of service.

Keep abreast of current industry activities and developments affecting existing and potential customers in order to ensure LERETA’s competitive position in the marketplace. Provide regular reports of such activities and developments to the Director.

Participate in the Company’s regular analysis of lending institution profiles and statistics on mortgage activity. Also, provide accurate and timely information regarding competitors’ marketing strategies, services, features and prices.

Professionally represent the Company to the lending community. Generate successful sales results by ensuring that LERETA cultivates relationships with high and mid-level contacts in the lending community, including existing and potential customers and other vendors. Effectively organize, coordinate and deliver presentations about the Company’s services.

Stay currently informed about enhancements to the Company’s services, fee structure, growth and profit objectives and strategic goals.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred. The candidate must have a proven track of success with a specific prior history of selling services or software solutions to the Banking community. Strong understanding of loan servicing and portfolio management is a plus. Effective oral and written communication skill including speaking extemporaneously are required. The candidate must be Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Power Point. Candidates must be able to foster relationships with others while gaining their confidence and respect. Professionalism in presenting the company to the lending community along with competence in fulfilling any additional responsibilities is required. The candidate must be able to travel 25% - 45% . |
