The Montreal International Language Centre (MILC), founded in 1997, is set on providing customized services to satisfy the needs of each and every student. JOB SUMMARY
The MILC coordinator is going to be in charge of the administrative management of the department. The main fields of responsibilities are communications, business development, client relationship management and administrative management.

RESPONSIBILITIES
 
Communications:
  • Support the development of local end advertising materials that generate awareness and capture interest to drive and retain recruitment quotas;
  • Work closely with other campuses and offices in the coordination of advertising materials;
  • Support the Director in maintaining consistency of brand, and assist with research on market-trends;
  • Assist in the execution of recruiting initiatives (advertising, promotions, PR, etc.);
  • Draft and edit interesting and relevant content for newsletters and other communications efforts;
  • Update, proofread and revise presentations, proposals and advertising materials;
  • Help to maintain an accurate record of marketing collateral on the intranet for staff and sales use;
  • Assist the Director to make sure staff is aware of both internal and external communications;

 

Business development:

  • Represent LaSalle International through the provision of information to agents and when hosting visitors from overseas;
  • Ensure agents are satisfied with the School’s academic and support services, particularly those provided by the CILM offices;
  • Assist with event planning organized by the CILM and by the International Bureau;

 

Client Relationship Management:

  • Help to develop, execute and track lead generation on the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system;
  • Monitor all information on CRM regularly;
  • Increase efficacy of both our agent and CRM database to improve inquiry to enrollment ratios;
  • Assist in achieving a higher inquiry to interview ratio in overseas offices;
  • Assist with reporting of recruiting activities and communicate results to Director (email metrics, web analytics, campaign details, etc.);
  • Assist in the developing and implementation of new processes, allowing for more efficient workflow and ease of execution;

 

Administrative management:

  • Support the Director and academic coordinator in checking staff performance and behavior;
  • Support the Director in the sales team supervision;
  • Support the Director in administrative tasks;
  • Serve on interdepartmental project teams as a MILC resource;
  • Other related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS
 

  • 5 years’ experience in similar functions;
  • Possess recognized skills for developing internal and external networks;
  • Flexible schedules;
  • Bilingual (Oral and Written) – English and French;
  • Experience in an international environment
