Morocco, LaSalle College has four campuses: Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech and Tangier, in addition to a special school dedicated to careers in hospitality: The International School of Hospitality in Rabat.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Advise regions or departments leaders in the management of work situations with their partners;
-
Create opportunities to know and meet the professional needs of employees;
-
Intervening in conflict resolution;
-
Develop and promote management manuals, procedures and organizational policies;
-
Manage software registration area to establish statistical development monitoring and projection organizational
-
Assess organizational aspects that consistently show the strengths and opportunities for improvement of the dynamics of labor;
-
Manage the internal wage structure of teachers and administrative staff;
-
Perform ongoing analysis of different positions to redefine profiles and descriptions of their functions according to the projection organizational
-
Manage the evaluation system and compensation based on performance;
-
Develop and implement programs, benefits and activities aimed at improving the quality of life of employees;
-
Develop strategies for development and worker training and growth opportunities within the organization;
-
Manage the system of recruitment, selection, hiring, home, integration, training, administrative staff and teachers;
-
Monitor the performance of the work rules and make updates as deemed appropriate for the optimal functioning of the institution;
-
Optimize the sanctions procedure for all employees of the institution;
-
Respond to internal and external complaints that go against workers and jeopardize the reputation of the institution;
-
Formalize permits, licenses and holidays administrative workers and teachers;
-
Implement policies and procedures for health and safety within the institution.
REQUIREMENTS
-
Degree in Psychology with a background in human resource management or organizational psychology

Fluency in Arabic and French
-
Knowledge of Spanish or English
-
Minimum 6 years experience in administrative management positions, preferably in human resource departments in companies or private higher education institutions
