Summary of Responsibilities:

Responsible for the sales of Human Resources Services: including Human Resources and Payroll Outsourcing Services, Talent Management, Performance Management and Learning Services. As a Business Consultant you will utilize a consultative approach to sell G&A HR Solutions to businesses.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of small-to-medium Business-to-Business Sales experience
  • Moderate Computer Skills (CRM, Powerpoint)
  • Track Record of Sales achievement
  • Consultative Sales experience
  • Skilled at Presentations
  • Able to drive on a regular basis
  • Willing to fly as a passenger in airplanes
