Sales A.E. For “New England Perks”

Entercom Boston, home of the New England Perks, WEEI Sports Radio Network, WAAF, and WRKO is seeking a sales professional to drive advertising revenue through our customer acquisition program for small and medium businesses.  You will have extensive assets to offer your clients including:  New England Perks e-commerce and integrated marketing campaigns that include streaming, database marketing and radio advertising.   This is an opportunity to grow your career in company committed to innovative marketing solutions for advertisers in the Boston and surrounding areas.   In fact, our company was named one of the top 500 technology innovators of 2012 by InformationWeek.   If you have a passion for helping small and medium business grow, then we’d love to talk to you!

Responsibilities:
• Prospecting and developing new business
• Presentation of the New England Perks program to clients via face to face meetings and over the phone
• Assessing clients’ needs and create marketing campaigns that meet those needs
• Implement and execute on campaigns with attention to detail
• Meeting revenue goals
• Full understanding of all our digital assets and the ability to effectively communicate and sell them
• Creating client recaps and case studies

Essential Qualifications:
• A proven track record of developing new business and attaining revenue goals
• Customer focused orientation and keen marketing mind
• Quickly grasp concepts and run with them
• Work in a fast paced environment
• Embracing change quickly and adapting to new ideas
• Ability to proactively spot problems and solve them
• Proficiency in MS Office Programs including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
