Description

The Marketing Operations Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring and tracking of online ad spending, including but not limited to managing/monitoring internal processes, account/invoices reconciliation, and creating/maintaining performance reports.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Update and verify all costs from all vendors
  • Reporting – internet research, competitor monitoring, QA ad copy, QA landing pages, verify origin of internet traffic, weekly scan of department email inbox
  • Collect & reconcile all vendor invoices
  • Maintain team/department calendar, record minute notes, and interoffice communication
  • Enhance and/or troubleshoot existing advertising campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance against metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, etc)
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 1+ year of administrative or coordination experience, ideally in a Sales/Marketing setting
  • Exceptional customer service skills, professional phone manner, pleasant demeanor
  • Ability to handle many details in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
  • An exceptional eye for detail and organization
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Familiar with e-commerce and financial concepts
  • Have excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving expertise and attention to detail
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Strong analytical (math & word problem) skills
  • Ability to do repeated tasks efficiently & accurately
  • Adept at multitasking and work well under pressure
  • Have a “can do” attitude & personality
  • Dependable and a self-starter
  • High degree of honesty and integrity
  • Team-player, positive attitude and flexible
  • Must be comfortable with adult content
  • Must be at least 21 years old
