Project Manager

Location: Sunnyvale, CA


Reporting to the Director, Support Program Management, this Project Manager position will support the project management duties required to implement new Client Services programs such as the delivery of new service products, the restructuring of the business, and the integration of new business models, often via company acquisitions.

This position will work individually and with stakeholders to plan, progress and see to completion several independent initiatives primarily driven out of the Client Services organization. This position will manage the day to day implementation, migration and consolidation to a new CRM solution over the next year, in a staged, global rollout impacting thousands of customers. Specifically, this role will drive the migration through best practices and management of a technical team of integrators, contractors, and an in house team of knowledge experts.

Ensures that all capabilities delivered align with original business objective; quality and consistency of design, testing, and integration testing cycles and deliverables; technical documentation is kept up to date (run books, process diagrams, etc).

This person will track and resolve CRM issues in a timely and accurate fashion as well as hold responsibility for monitoring data quality. This position will also track specific project spending plans.

Other projects include the creation of a consolidated and comprehensive program to ensure customers are properly notified of production incidents/outages. This will require working with stakeholders in Engineering, Product Management, and IT to ensure consensus of plan.

Working to ensure that Client Services staff are ready for new products, this position will spearhead the collection of required elements to prepare the Support organization for major product releases.

This position will work individually and cooperatively in a team environment, and contribute to the growth and success of clients, colleagues, the department, and the Company, ensuring that project management best practices are followed at all times.

Must possess excellent project management, problem-solving, analytical and time management skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develops complete project plan with internal and external clients including specific goals, milestones, and target dates
  • Maintains clear, complete, detailed, and accurate documentation related to all project activities
  • Maintains communication with client/department/team leads/stakeholders to ensure that project is on track with goals established and works with client to adjust goals if necessary
  • Recognizes red flag issues and escalates them to the appropriate individuals. Performs GAP analysis as needed
  • Contributes to the growth of the department and the company by participating in weekly staff meetings and special projects


  • Proven successful execution of defining, implementing, and completing technology related projects
  • 3+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Information Technology, or equivalent
  • Professionalism in dealing with all levels of management and staff
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to maintain, track, and effectively meet the needs of multiple client projects simultaneously
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Experience managing large-scale, complex projects that interconnect with multiple departments to build out process though excellent project management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM SaaS Solutions
  • Project Management Software expertise
