The Corporate Concierge works in a call center environment and researches, recommends, and fulfills on customer requirements. The Concierges leverage LesConcierges networks and expertise to the benefit of the customer. Exceeds the expectations of the clients by creating and building experiences that leverage direct/personal knowledge of the client's personality and desires.
Desired Skills & Experience
Looking for travel sophisticated candidates with professional hospitality or travel background (international travel ideal, US travel with keen insights preferred)
Candidates ideally have worked with high net worth clientele
Must have professionally mature approach and work ethic
Agile and responsive to quick changes. Able to manage and organize own workflow
Preferably, fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese (written and verbal.)
Flexibility with regards to work schedule -- you must be willing to start your shift at 10pm and end at 7am. With any shift you must work at least one or both weekend days.
Excellent phone manner and written communication style
Proficient in MS Office, email applications, and Internet browsers
