Hooters Girl on the Restaurant Floor (Server)

Summary of Job Duties:
This job requires the Hooters Girl on the Restaurant Floor to interact with and provide great customer service to all of our Guests.  It is required that the Hooters Girl sell food, beverage and merchandise to the Guests. The essence of the job is based on socially acceptable female sex appeal. 
Specific and Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
·         Present menus, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and service.
·         Accurately write order on check or memorize it and then transfer order to POS system.
·         Garnish and decorate dishes prior to serving.
·         Serve food and beverages prepared by the kitchen to Guests.
·         Observe diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.
·         Suggestive sell Hooters merchandise to all Guests.
·         Total bill and accept payment.
·         Clear and reset counters or tables at conclusion of each course.
·         Remove dishes, cutlery, glasses and paper product from tables as needed.
·         Complete all assigned side work which may include any combination of the following duties:
-  Fill table condiments which include salt & pepper shakers and sugar/sugar substitute caddies.
-  Wipe down and clean soda, milk, juice, tea, hot chocolate and coffee dispensers. Front and/or back station.
-  Complete wipe down and cleaning of serving station.
-  Wipe down and clean the tray area.
·         Provide an entertaining atmosphere for Guests by dancing, singing, game playing, etc.
·         Participate in Company sponsored and/or authorized promotions to help ensure the success of Hooters Casino Hotel.
·         Adhere to Hooters Girl Image standards at all times during shift.
·         Ready to take photographs with Guests at anytime.
