PSP Assistant Coordinator – Reporting

Fragomen Process Standards and Practice (PSP) is a global corporate group with staff in offices around the world.  PSP requires a detail-oriented report writer.  We seek a Business Objects Web Intelligence report designer who will work closely with related Business Analysts and users in developing application and reporting solutions.


  • Assist with the design, development and implementation of reports
  • Full life-cycle data governance tasks. 
  • Document reports, both in Word format and within the report itself.
  • Review development relating to a legal/immigration process and critique logic
  • Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications



  • Detailed understanding of web-based, dynamic, data-driven technologies
  • Some experience with reporting is a must. 
  • Familiarity with trouble ticket management systems
  • Skilled with generic reporting tools (WEBI preferred)
  • Able to think through data placement within the database and interpret it to build reports
  • Command of MS Office tools including Word and Access
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Strong customer services skills to internal clients
  • Desire to keep learning with a positive attitude and good energy
  • Ability to work independently as a member of a team and under supervision
  • Can accept constructive criticism and incorporate accordingly
  • Can work under pressure with tight deadlines in fast paced environment
  • Bachelor's Degree with a major emphasis in technology is required
  • Ancillary background in legal or immigration casework is highly sought-after.
