The Offline Services Group manages the development and execution of campaigns including Direct Mail, Newspaper and Television, as well as out of home campaigns. The Strategist is the assigned resource by account for all Offline Services Projects. The Strategist oversees all campaigns, along with a Project Manager assigned by account team. This position reports to the Director, Offline Media.
Roles and Responsibilities
This individual will be the main point of contact for the account team for all campaigns and projects related to Offline Services strategy and tactics. The Strategist participates in start-up meetings and client presentations, leads media plan and test matrix development, coordinates data elements within the database environment (MIS), and manages implementation of campaigns.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
The Strategist must be able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple accounts as related to Offline Media projects. Good organizational and interpersonal skills are necessary, along with a strong working knowledge of print production, database structure, and campaign development. Good problem solving abilities/innovative solutions to campaign challenges. The ability to manage the scheduling, quality and completion of multiple projects.
Qualifications should include a B.A. in Marketing or related field of study. 5-7 years of professional experience. Must be able to work on a PC platform with proficiency in Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
