Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology or a related technical discipline, or have five (5) years of experience in systems integration.
Within last eight (8) years, five (5) years of demonstrated experience in integrating IT systems at an enterprise level.
Strong organizational skills, analytical skills, customer service, problem solving ability, attention to detail, and verbal/written communication.
Participates at all meetings and forums (Systems Integration & Sustainment Working Group [SISWGs], Configuration Control Boards [CCBs], etc.), and other meetings discussing system integration and life-cycle management. Evaluate and assist in planning and implementing a distributed IT architecture across the AFTC that is compatible with Air Operation Centers (AOCs) and other Air Force (AF) organizations in compliance with DoD and AF policy. Work with customers to assess their needs, provide information or assistance to resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; based on current knowledge of targeting systems and services. Provide technical advice to senior management, project managers, and functional users. Provide technical guidance to IT staff during all phases of integration policy, planning, and implementation.
Manage an Enterprise Life Cycle Management Framework that aligns with DoD/AF guidance that incorporates industry best practices. Provide expertise in IT Governance, Enterprise Architecture, Capital Planning and Investment Control, IT Security, and System Life Cycle.
Security Clearance: Active US Top Secret or higher.
