We are looking for a front-end Developer for our direct client. This is an onsite contract to hire position in San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and architect all that users see.

Write unit and Selenium tests for your code

Work with designers, clients, and tech team to optimize solutions for speed, beauty, and product effectiveness

Build views for our upcoming mobile solutions
Requirements:

B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field and/or 5+ years product development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery/HTML5)

Familiar with PHP

Familiarity with browser compatibility issues

Strong design sensibilities

Excellent communication skills

Ability to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing environment

Comfortable (or ready to be comfortable) with the Agile development methodology
Desired:

Experience building large-scale high-performance systems

Knowledge of other software development environments. In particular, the LAMP stack and/or mobile (iPhone/Android) stacks
