As a Center Director your responsibilities will include providing leadership, guidance, and supervision for infant, toddler, preschool, and pre-kindergarten programs. It is the Center Director’s role to ensure center quality, provide excellent customer service, uphold health and safety standards, develop thematic curriculum, supervise and train staff, manage center finances, and make sales and marketing presentations. The Center Director must be flexible, patient, and organized to effectively manage all facets of the childcare center.
Requirements: B.A. in Early Childhood Education or related field with 24 credits in Early Childhood Education. Preferably, candidates will have at least three of experience in a professional teaching position. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
