Description

 

As an Business Admin  your primary focus will be: child enrollment, customer service. Responsibilities include:  ensuring total quality management throughout the center (clean, healthy, safe, nurturing, supportive environment, with a strong emphasis on customer-service). Additional responsibilities include managing the centers finances: (P/L, collecting weekly tuition, and delivering sales presentations to potential family members). Self- motivated, hard-working leaders who are not afraid to manage others will thrive in this position.

As a BusinessAdmin there is no typical day, they must be able to juggle many balls at many times. The typical work week consists of 40 hours per week. 

Requirements:

Associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications or related field and/ or previous experience is preferred. Must have strong communications and organizational skills, and must possess the ability to multitask. Must be proficient in PC operating system and Microsoft Office.

Willingness to obtain 18 "Early Childhood Education" credits.
