Join our dynamic team in one of a variety of Leadership Development Program positions designed to develop and move successful individuals into various roles in the organization with the long-term goal of management positions at Reliance. Incumbents will be provided opportunities for placement in positions based on interests, qualifications and company requirements.

The Leadership Development Program involves a number of position rotations over the course of 2-3 years, leading to a leadership role within three years.  Reliance provides generous training and mentorship to support the expected career advancement.

 

General Qualifications:

  • Recent successful completion of a Business or Engineering Degree (preferably in the last 24 months)
  • Supervisory experience or experience in a leadership/management role in campus or related extracurricular activities; demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others
  • Aptitude and interest for front line supervisory positions and operations management
  • Demonstrated track record of high achievement
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; ability to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, tact and diplomacy
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills including demonstrated client service and conflict resolution skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under pressure in a dynamic environment; demonstrated ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively and be highly organized
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Customer focused with the ability to negotiate successful outcomes
  • Creative investigative and analytical skills, with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be willing to relocate as required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word, Outlook)
  • Some positions may require day travel - a valid driver's license and access to a reliable transportation may be required.
