The Administrative/Accounting Assistant provides a wide variety of administrative and accounting support services to a busy Executive Office. This position will serve as a liaison with others in and outside of the company regarding administrative and accounting issues related to the Executive Office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, receiving and processing invoices/statements for multiple entities for payment, preparing automobile usage reports, inputting relevant data into system for processing, filing invoices/statements, opening and distributing mail and completing additional administrative tasks for the Executive Office as requested.
Education, Skills & Experience
Associate degree from a two-year college or university and 3+ years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. High level of proficiency in the use of all Microsoft office suite products, especially Outlook and Excel required. Knowledge of Quicken is a plus.
Candidate must be dedicated to providing information and be counted on to exceed goals so accurate decisions can be made. The capacity for using time effectively and efficiently while focusing on the most important of many priorities is a necessity for this position. Candidate must have exceptional multi-tasking skills and be extremely organized in order to handle multiple projects. Maintaining a high level of ethics, confidentiality and integrity in all dealings is required. The candidate must proactively face challenges while being committed to providing excellent services. A proven track record of success in practicing attentive listening, meeting deadlines under pressure and building effective relationships is a must.
