As Sommelier you will be responsible for advising guests on wine and beverages to accompany the exquisite food on offer.
To be successful in this role you will require:
At least 5 years experience as a Sommelier in a Fine Dining Restaurant or Luxury Hotel
Exceptional knowledge in Antipodean and Old World Wines
Formal Certification as a Sommelier
Expertise in delivering wine knowledge training to a varied audience including staff
International experience and formal qualifications will be highly regarded.
