Field Administrator
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Direct and coordinate internal and external communication so that requests are managed in a professional and timely fashion.
  • Ensure that communication is directed to the correct parties and is complete.
  • Act as primary communications contact for the field office.
  • Compliation and transmittal of data and support information from field to office locations so that data and support documentation, financial documentation and other important information arrives in office locations in a complete and timely fashion.
  • Accurate filing of project, personnel, and other files so that crew files remain up-to-date.
  • High involvement with all aspects of the operation allowing for the operation to run smoothly.
  • Succeed as a role model and example for crew memebers by supporting company safety guidelines and correct operational procedures.
  • Maintain a professional and functional crew office. Clients often gain their first impression of CGGVeritas from the crew office. The office should be laid out in an efficient, clean, neat and functional manner producing competent work atmosphere and professional image.
  • Input daily production and financial data based upon crew's production into STAR database system in the required timeframe.
  • Supply all CGGVeritas departments the required accurate information on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, based upon operational requirements and established deadlines.
  • Verify accuracy of information to ensure that bottom line numbers are the same.
  • Generate payment approval for costs via purchase order. Final product is produced based upon information gathered, no questions asked (data must be accurate.)
  • Support PM and/or RCM in daily operational activities, as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS  

  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada and willing to travel.
  • Proven leadership ability and strong skills in seismic operations management.Well developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Valid Driver's License.
