Position: Inbound Specialist – Full-Time
About the Position…
As an Inbound Specialist, you will be the front-line contact for our clients’ customers. You will be responsible for professionally answering inbound calls, providing a superior level of customer service and responding effectively and thoroughly to the customer’s needs.
** Please note: shifts for this position may be scheduled between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and midnight.
Attributes our team members are expected to have:
· Superior communication skills (Able to read, write and speak English fluently)
· Detail orientated
· Ability to multi-task in a fast paced but quiet office environment
· Self-motivated and results driven
· Able to investigate, probe with a desire to resolve customer issues with confidence
· Ability to work as a team or independently
