Position Summary:

This position is a dual role - in which our successful candidates will handle the Inbound Customer Service aspect and will also be required to handle Outbound Sales support in the telecommunication industry. If you are motivated, energetic and looking for a position that can be rewarding with excellent benefits and tenured stability then we are looking for you. 100% of the calls handled will be from the province of Quebec.


All applicants must be able to communicate fluently in FRENCH & ENGLISH.

All applicants must have excellent writing ability in French and will be tested.


Required Knowledge, Skills & Abillities

  • Passion and dedication in Customer Service and Sales conversion
  • Excellent communication skills (both French and English)
  • Self motivated with the ability to motivate others – A MUST!
  • Team player – committed to making a difference in our world!  

Education and Experience Required

  • Language Skills: French {Fluent} – Technical vocabulary required         

                                  English {Fluent} – Technical vocabulary required

  • Minimum high school diploma
  • Professional and courteous telephone manners
  • Ability to listen and communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficient computer/keyboarding skills (Windows based environment)
