Our rapid expansion across Europe means our demand for high calibre talent is ever increasing. As such, we now have a need to take on a small number of interns across our European Business. Our internship is like no other in that you will take on real responsibility from day one and there really are no limits to what you can achieve. We foster an environment in which anyone can make changes, take on projects and truly make a difference to business success. But, you need to be the sort of person who can make things happen for yourself, you will not have your hand held within Tesla; so if this is you then you are the person for us. We need self-starting interns who can make their own way within some challenging and ever changing business environments.

 

The Role

Our service team carry out vital work to support our ever growing customer base throughout their Tesla ownership lifecycle, dealing with everything from regular servicing and body work to complex technical issues. The team spans the whole of Europe, based within service centres in key locations throughout each territory.

This position will report into the Service Territory Manager and will operate as the central support for the service territory; this role provides the opportunity to take on a variety of task to support the growth of the business and will involve handling multiple projects from business analysis to logistical support projects. This is an opportunity to work closely with the Service Territory Manager and provide support to the whole team; you will also gain exposure to other business functions to ensure the service team delivers a fully integrated service.

 

Responsibilities

  • Service function business and data analysis projects as and where appropriate.
  • Administration tasks such as - ordering uniforms for regions, order cleaning equipment, fork lifts and other necessary materials.
  • Sourcing and ordering of specialist equipment.
  • Invoicing and payment support (credit card payments, credit notes etc.).
  • Arranging group purchases for various local service centres.
  • Supporting the set-up of POS or other systems for new service locations.
  • Travel arrangements and Hotel booking for the local service team.
  • Respond to any ad-hoc queries as required by the regional service teams.

 

Requirements

  • You must be studying your degree which could be in a variety of subjects, including but not limited to: Business, Logistics, Project Management, Etc.
  • Demonstrable organisation skills and project management skills – either from work experience, during studies or within extra-curricular activities.
  • Strong Administrative skills, eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work to various projects simultaneously.
  • MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent (Local language) as well as fluency in English is required.
