Implementation Consultant
As an Implementation Consultant you will play a critical role in delivering outstanding professional services to Parature’s clients in helping them achieve phenomenal customer service across all channels. You will ensure customer satisfaction and drive projects to completion throughout the product deployment, implementation and configuration lifecycle. An ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and enjoy applying analytical problem solving and creativity to provide solutions with Parature’s software.
Job Responsibilities:

Identifying requirements and designing solutions through interactions with clients by understanding their landscape and customer service processes

Providing hands-on solution development and custom system configuration

Managing multiple projects, with competing tight timelines

Applying best practices and lessons learned to improve team processes and methodologies

Develop custom implementation client documentation as well as internal process improvement documentations

Effective and on time completion of all engagements which meet and often exceed client expectations
Required Skills/Experience:

4+ years of previous experience in: SaaS implementations, CRM implementation/administration, software implementation, or IT/management consulting

B.S./B.A. in Business, Computer Science, or MIS

Capable of managing multiple projects and responsibilities with ease

Solid software fundamentals in databases and web technologies

Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Team player with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to present in front of C-level executives.

Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies

Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
Desired Skills
· Understanding of XML, XSLT, SQL, Javascript, or related technologies for enterprise application integrations
· Familiarity of SOAP/Web Services
