Position Summary:

Working out of our brand new location on Terminal Ave., we're looking for the best, brightest and most driven Sales Consultants for our team.  Our Mercedes-Benz Sales Consultants promote and ensure high customer satisfaction with every client, as well as generate sales department revenue through the sale of vehicles and promotion of business office products.


  • To promote and complete the sale of Mercedes-Benz vehicles in an appropriate, professional and ethical manner with the highest regard to exemplary customer service.
  • To have up-to-date product knowledge of all Mercedes-Benz vehicles and all competitive products and services
  • To service all allocated sales inquiries in a prompt and effective fashion


  • Post secondary diploma/degree in any discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Previous automotive sales experience is required, preferably in a luxury goods environment (2 years)
  • Ability to negotiate and close
  • Mercedes-Benz product knowledge is an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail
  • Ability to meet the needs of a diverse client base
  • Valid Class 5 driver's licence
  • Provincial Sales License (VSA)
  • Computer skills: MS Office (intermediate), Outlook, One-Eighty
