Summary:

The Sprinter Prospect Coordinator plays a very important role in driving Sprinter sales and customer satisfaction. The Sprinter Prospect Coordinator is responsible for promoting the Sprinter brand, generating leads and driving traffic to the regional retail group showrooms through various prospecting strategies targeting businesses and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote the Sprinter brand in an appropriate, professional and ethical manner with the highest regard to exemplary customer service
  • Work independently and outside of the retail stores in a business-to-business format to gain qualified Sprinter sales leads
  • Raise awareness of the brand within a defined territory including cold calling, door-to-door prospecting, as well as attending various events, trade shows and job sites
  • Coordinate customer demonstrations and extended test drives
  • Assist Sprinter Specialists with the delivery of sold units and demonstrators to customers
  • Have up-to-date product knowledge of all Sprinter models and all competitive products and services

Requirements:

  • Post secondary diploma/degree in any discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Previous automotive sales experience is considered an asset
  • Ability to influence and persuade
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
  • The ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base
  • Sprinter product knowledge
  • Computer skills: MS Office (intermediate), One-Eighty, LotusNotes
